How much are your cookies?
All of my cookies are custom designed, decorated and baked just for you! Cookies are $72/doz or $6 each, for average themed sets. Average cookie size is 4 inches with a 5/16" thickness. Pricing may vary depending on level of detail. Character cookies will be subject to a custom quote.
How far in advance should I order?
The more notice the better! It is never too early to book. I typically book out about 8-12 weeks in advance (sometimes more!).
How do I place an order? Do you require a deposit?
To place an order please click on the Custom Cookie Order page. A 50% deposit is required to hold a spot on my calendar for larger events but not for all cookie orders. Your order is not confirmed unless an email is received in return from All Buttered Up after submitting the order form.
How do your cookies come packaged?
To ensure freshness, all cookies are individually wrapped, heat sealed and delivered in a window box with shred. Each cookie will have our sticker on the back and an ingredients sticker on the box.
Are you nut free?
I am not a nut free.
Where are you located? Do you deliver?
I am a home based baker operating out of my home in Ashburn, VA. Orders are delivered for a $5 fee within a 5 mile radius. If you are outside of my delivery area in Loudoun County the charge for delivery is $.98/mile from my house to yours. I do also allow for meet up at a location near my home for no delivery fee.
Are you inspected by the Department of Agriculture for sanitation?
Yes most definitely every year.
How do you handle payments?
Invoicing is sent through Wave so you can pay via credit or debit. I also accept Venmo.
Changes and Refunds
Changes can be made up to 1 week prior to delivery/pickup. Refunds will be given if changes are made prior to one week before the order is due.
